Smartphones have revolutionized banking by bringing it into our pockets, allowing people to manage their finances anytime, anywhere. This shift has pushed banking away from brick-and-mortar branches and toward mobile solutions, making banking more convenient for consumers and transforming the industry.
Problem
While large banks have easily absorbed the costs of mobile banking technology, small banks and credit unions have struggled, resulting in a significant loss of market share. Touchstone Bank, formed in 2017 through a local bank merger, needed to modernize by offering mobile banking while preserving the personal relationships that set them apart from bigger competitors.
Solution
To help Touchstone Bank stay competitive, The King Agency crafted a campaign focused on the bank’s dual strengths: modern technology and community engagement. Through the creative framework, "The _____ Bank," we showcased Touchstone’s diverse offerings with personalized 3D visuals targeting key customer personas. The campaign ran across traditional and digital media, driving users to custom landing pages, effectively positioning Touchstone as a modern yet community-focused bank.
