Inventing Skye
Skye is a new AI powered virtual assistant platform from CarMax. I was responsible for developing its identity and personality as well as how it manifested in our suite of flow-state communications products.
Skye’s static identity is the combination of a chat bubble and a side mirror. But you will almost never interact with Skye’s static identity. The goal is for it to be a living, breathing object with a personality and a soul.
